January - 105lbs. (Cardio🏃, weight lifting💪, clean eating🍏) Being the "fat girl" gives you so much more strength than you realize. It makes you fight harder and push further because you are rarely handed things. Use that. Be the best you. It's NEVER all physical. IT SHOULDN'T BE. Rise and grind. Fight to improve in all areas of your life. Most importantly, love yourself. Use your struggles. Lose your sadness. Rise and grind. Be yourself. Love yourself.
